All our deliveries are made via Royal Mail who deliver Monday to Saturday.
Please be aware that Royal Mail do not usually deliver on Sundays or bank holidays; this should be considered when placing an order.
Your order will usually arrive with your normal post. Some medication shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Please note that delays in delivery may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as resourcing issues and increased delivery volumes, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.
We can currently only deliver to an address in the UK (including Shetland, Orkney, Guernsey, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland). We are unable to ship orders to mailing/forwarding houses, ‘virtual address’ services, or BFPO postcodes.
Some postcodes, especially those in rural areas may have a longer delivery time. Guaranteed next day delivery services are not available for patients based in remote areas, the Scottish Highlands, or in Northern Ireland.
The delivery charge displayed is the total cost of delivery and packaging.
For all delivery options we use plain, discreet packaging. Nothing on the outside of the packaging will show what’s inside. Only the pharmacy address will appear on the packaging to allow the order to be returned if necessary.
Once a package has been despatched with Royal Mail, please be advised that you are subject to their terms and conditions in addition to the terms contained herein.
Where possible, we will attempt to size all parcels to fit through your letterbox in tamper-proof packaging. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that it is safe and appropriate for a package containing medication to be posted through your letterbox, if the carrier is able to do so. You should notify our customer support team if it is not safe for the package to be posted through the letterbox, for example due to animals or small children.
Please be aware that all delivery options are subject to ordering before the cut-off time (1pm Monday-Friday) and can be affected by weekends and bank holidays.
Orders placed and authorised before 1pm on a weekday are typically reviewed and despatched on the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will not usually be processed and despatched until the following working day. This includes any orders requesting the Special Delivery option.
All orders are subject to approval by a prescriber. The delivery time is based on the point at which your order is approved by a prescriber. Therefore, you may need to factor in a little extra time to allow for an appropriate clinical decision to be made.
You can choose to pay for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. This means that orders placed and approved by the prescriber before 1pm Monday-Friday should be delivered to you the next working day before 1pm (excluding bank holidays).
We cannot offer next day delivery for orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays.
Royal Mail will send you an email (and a text if you have opted in) on the day of delivery with your order tracking number and the expected time of delivery.
Some parcels require a signature on delivery, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your treatment reaches you if someone else takes delivery on your behalf.
If you are unable to accept delivery, a calling card should be left by the Royal Mail representative. This card will provide details of where you can collect your package or how to rearrange delivery.
Royal Mail will hold your package for 18 days. After this period, the order will be disposed of, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Due to strict laws governing prescription medication our services are only available to patients in the United Kingdom.
To ensure that orders are securely delivered to the person that they are intended for, the patient or a nominated person must sign for certain medication deliveries.
Please make sure that your treatment won’t fall into the wrong hands. It is your responsibility to ensure that your order reaches you if someone else takes delivery on your behalf.
For your peace of mind, all orders are shipped in plain, unbranded, discreet packaging so you do not have to worry about any revealing or embarrassing deliveries that you would rather keep to yourself. Only the pharmacy address will appear on the packaging to allow the order to be returned if necessary.
All our deliveries are sent via a fully tracked service so you can monitor the progress of your package as it advances through the delivery system and keep an eye on when it is due for delivery.
Yes. The shipping address can be anywhere in the UK; however, the package must be able to be received/signed for by somebody at the nominated address.
No. The Post Office will not accept packages sent directly to them.
The shipping address is amendable up to the point when the order is despatched from the pharmacy. Unfortunately, the address cannot be amended once your order has left the premises. To prevent any errors or mistakes, we encourage you to carefully double-check all details before finalising your order.

Deliveries are normally made within the stated time period but can sometimes take longer or get lost in the delivery system.
You will be provided with a tracking number which can be used to help trace your package.
