Yes. You will receive order confirmation via email upon placing you order.
There are a number of reasons that your card might have been declined.
The first possibility is that you may have entered the details wrong, in which case please check carefully and try again.
Another possibility is that you do not have the funds available, in which case you will need to check your bank account and contact your bank directly if you believe the funds should be there.
If you have tried the above and still cannot successfully place an order, then please either contact ourselves or your bank.
If your order is not approved, we will process your refund immediately. In most cases, the funds will appear on your statement within 3-5 working days, though it may take up to 7-10 days in some instances.
