Unfortunately, due to strict medical guidelines, we are unable to accept returns of any medicines or medicinal products.

You can, however, return any non-medicinal products to us that are unused and in a resalable condition. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

If you wish to return a non-medicinal product, please refer to our ‘Returns & Refunds Policy’ for guidance.

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, then please get in touch with us as soon as possible for assistance.

Please note that cancellations over the weekend may not be possible and you will not be able to cancel your order after it has been despatched from our pharmacy partner.

Once your refund has been approved and any outstanding goods have been successfully returned to us, you will receive your refund by the original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
